261-unit Apartment Community Planned For Fort Worth Area

Alpine Start Development (ASD), a Dallas-based family-owned real estate development and investment firm, has unveiled “Range West,” a 261-unit garden-style apartment community located on 11 acres in Saginaw, Texas, a short drive North from downtown Fort Worth.

According to ASD, Range West offers a diverse range of floor plans, including 150 one-bedroom units, ranging from 637 to 712 square feet, 99 two-bedroom units ranging from 1,139 to 1,150 square feet, and 12 three-bedroom units at 1,349 square feet. The development features a resort-style pool, a sprawling courtyard, a fitness center, a pickleball court, a dog park and grilling stations. It is within walking distance of essential amenities, including grocery stores, 20 restaurants, and several schools.

ASD anticipates that Range West will be completed by the second quarter of 2025 but will have its first units and the clubhouse available in the fourth quarter of 2024.
