Facebook honcho Mark Zuckerberg handed off a bay area home to a new owner this summer. The San Francisco property fetched $31 million in an off-market deal, taking point in residential sales in the city for 2022.
The house sits on a .22-acre lot in the Dolores Heights neighborhood. It went up in the late 1920s, and contains four bedrooms and four baths across 7,368 sq. ft. of interiors. Zuckerberg owned it for 10 years, having purchased it in November of 2012. According to public records, he paid $9.999 million for it.
Zuckerberg also owns properties on Lake Tahoe and on the Hawaiian island of Kauai; 1,400 acres on the latter.
Zuckerberg’s net worth is around $58 billion, per Forbes.
