Packers’ David Bakhtiari Offering Slick Contemporary in L.A. for $6.3M

Green Bay Packers team member David Bahktiari is the seller of a 2019-built modern in the Los Angeles area. The six-bedroom, eight-bath home appeared on the open market at the tail end of last month with an asking price of $6.3 million.

The 7,113 sq. ft. house’s architecture calls on Prairie as well as Modern styles, and its façade features a motif that will play out throughout the interiors: a series of slatted windows in garage and around the middle of the second level. In the wide-open living area, it is reprised by an extravagant wall and ceiling decoration using slatted hardwood, while the loggia the room opens onto voices it in a stark modern pergola. The terrace off the upper suites expresses it in a dividing wall.

The house works in a theater, an exercise room, and a wet bar inside, while outdoor diversions include a BBQ, sports court, and pool.
