“Coming Soon” to Gather Market Feedback

Before going live on MLS, I listed the home as Coming Soon, allowing a broker preview tour for local realtors. The goal was to gather professional insights on the home’s appeal, pricing, and market positioning.

Over 40 local agents toured the property and provided feedback via a detailed survey — including pros and cons, and recommended list and sale prices.
