New Energy-Efficient Townhome Community Opens In Long Beach

RC Homes announced the grand opening of The Dawson, a new gated townhome community in Long Beach, California.
The Dawson is located in the city’s historic Rose Park neighborhood and consists of three-story townhomes with two-car garages, private rooftop decks, and solar panels to power the residences. The community’s floor plans feature two- to four bedrooms and range from approximately 1,247 to 2,036 square feet, and the kitchens include Energy Star all-electric Samsung appliances that enable homeowners to eliminate their gas utilities plus other energy efficiencies to keep utility costs low.
Community amenities will include an outdoor dining area with a modern shade cover, two electric BBQs, a lawn for lounging or lawn games, and water-wise landscaping.
“We’re excited to showcase The Dawson’s professionally designed and environmentally friendly model home,” said Matt Livingston, RC Homes’ president. “The Dawson is a great addition to this cultural hotspot in Long Beach.
