Qualico Communities DFW and Pacesetter Homes DFW announced plans to launch a new phase of 258 lots within Elevon, a master-planned community with more than 4,000 homes in Lavon, Texas.
Pacesetter Homes will build five different home styles on four different lot sizes. The two-unit townhome designs, called the Twin Homes, start at $290,900 while the Courtyard Homes range in size from 1,440 to 2,264 square feet and are priced from $359,900. Pacesetter’s one- and two-story traditional single-family homes on 40-foot lots start from $332,900 and range from 1,200 to 1,850 square feet.
“Most neighborhoods or phases of lots within a master planned community typically offer only two lot sizes, which limits the diversity of product,” said Blake Friesenhahn, vice president of Pacesetter Homes DFW. “This is a unique opportunity for us to showcase several new lifestyle choices along with our established series of homes in one neighborhood. This mix will create more interesting and appealing streetscapes within the community.”
